Hi and welcome to the Weight Loss Books section of my website. Over the years I have experienced and developed a vast amount of knowledge regarding how to lose weight and maintain that weight loss.

Unfortunately, many people are kept in the dark when it comes to the real reasons ‘Why’ they are having problems managing their weight. But the reason for this is simple, it gives the authors of this dribble the opportunity to keep on tempting their customers into buying more useless information.

This really does annoy me, because we have always had the answer to the obesity epidemic, it’s been staring us all in the face for decades, but it’s been well hidden from our view. People have been forced to listen to so much rubbish regarding weight loss, they no longer know, which direction to go.

The sad thing is, there was a time when we all knew the answer, your grandmothers know the value of eating fresh food and hard work. But unfortunately, this as been lost overtime, because of the constant consumption of miss information.

It was this state of affairs that drove me to write the following set of  ‘Weight Loss Books’ to help guide people back onto the right path, to re-educate if you wish, a step-by-step guide to losing their weight, how to manage and maintain that weight loss for the rest of their lives.

In the past when explaining this simple strategy to those who wanted to lose and maintain their weight, they were shocked to learn that the basics of this strategy were already known to them. They simply forgot, because they were convinced by others, that there was an easy way to lose weight… which unfortunately, turned out to be nothing more than wishful thinking.

The evidence of this can be found stacked on the shelves of multitudes of libraries and bookshops spread around the world. Thousands of fads have come and gone leaving their victims in their wake, having achieved nothing, but in many cases been worse off than before they started.

There are no real guarantees when it comes to weight management, it really does depend upon the participants ability to stick with the program. But I can guarantee you this… by following the information in the following set of guides you can and will meet your targets.
