		<description>I&#039;ve been lifting weights for around annually and a half.... And that i realized that after some time the only time that I had been sore was doing leg exercises. To create a long story short, I was hangin out and among the trainers, and she showed me a lot of new exercises (its not like we spend a bunch of time in it either!) The following day I had been sore from top to bottom. Basicly things i am getting at is the fact you may have been stuck within the rut to do the same old routine. However, if you change up your routine your body feels it! Keep it up!</description>
