Increase Muscle Size – How I Did It

I always used to be skinny and I hated it, I wasn’t very confident, lacked self-esteem and got fed up of all the ‘scrawny’ comments that people used to make. What made it even worse was the fact that a lot of my friends were the kind of guys who just find it stupidly easy to build muscle. All I wanted to do was have a better body but everybody just told me that I couldn’t change my body and I was just stuck with it forever.

I was convinced that if I started training hard and put a lot of time and effort into increasing my muscle size then I would be able to feel better about myself and show everybody else that it was possible for me to gain muscle. So when I started to workout I didn’t have a clue what I was doing really, I was over training and eating all of the wrong things (I really didn’t have a clue). After getting precisely no results doing it ‘my way’ I decided that I better ask for some advice, so I went to my friends and asked them what I was doing wrong and what they think I should be doing to gain muscle mass, they told me things like – ‘well you’ll have to go to the gym at least 4 times a week’ and ‘you should probably take these supplements, they’ll help’. So after I had been doing what they had told me for a few of months I was not very impressed with the results at all, I mean yea I had a bit more muscle on me but definitely not the kind of muscle growth that I had hoped for by that stage.

I started to look for some advice on the internet and at first all I could find was stuff geared towards the naturally muscular types (and that had got me nowhere so far). So I carried on searching for an answer because I was sure that there must be some way for me to get the increase in muscle size that I was after, and after a bit more searching I came across a website that looked ideal. It was a muscle building program made by a guy who used to be skinny just like me and to look at him now you just wouldn’t believe it! Click here to see the program i’m talking about

Obviously I jumped at the chance to start the muscle building program but I was a bit weary as you can’t always trust things on the internet these days, in my opinion it was worth the risk though as I was pretty desperate by that stage. I am very happy that I did go ahead with it because even after the first week I started building muscle fast, and every week after that it just kept on coming. It’s hard to believe that I was working so hard before for months to try and build muscle and now I was getting better results in a matter of weeks. So if you are at a lost end when it comes to building muscle then I can hole heartedly recommend the no-nonsense muscle building program.
